Do you accept credit cards?                                                                                                  Yes. We accept all major credit cards plus Voyager and Wright Express fleet cards. In addition, On-Site is a vendor for Automotive Resources International, CARS, Consolidated Services Corp., GE Capital, MAP Inc., and PHH Vehicle Management Services.

What is your service area?                                                                                                    On-Site Fleet Services is a Texas based company operating in metropolitan areas including:

  • Corpus Christi 

  • Austin

  • Laredo

  • Dallas/Forth Worth

  • San Antonio

  • Houston/Beaumont

What is different about your services compared to an auto shop?                                     Instead of your drivers using their valuable time to take their vehicles to a shop, we come to your vehicle parking site and perform our maintenance and repairs while your fleet vehicles are inactive. This is usually done after 5:00 PM and on weekends.

Why is preventative Maintenance important?                                                                   Being "pro-active" towards maintenance can prevent costly "re-active" repairs in the future. Examples:

  • Changing your motor oil and filters regularly will help insure long engine life.

  • Replacing ageing belts and hoses during routine preventative maintenance can help prevent breakdowns in the field which can cause loss of production and possible engine damage.

What if we have our own mechanics?                                                                                   Many of our customers have their own mechanics. You will find that outsourcing preventative maintenance:

  • Leaves your mechanics time to concentrate on more major repairs

  • Relieves the burden of detailed record keeping necessary to store bulk oil

  • Relieves the burden of disposing of oil
